Reaching New Heights Together

Dear colleagues,

As we move into a new fiscal year, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we've achieved together and where we are headed.

Q3 was a strong quarter for Pharma Systems, with 4.8% growth driven by outstanding performance in ADDS and Services, and remarkable delivery in biologics and GLP-1 where our plants supplied 70 million more units than planned. These results are a testament to your hard work, resilience, and collaboration across every function.

But our journey doesn't stop here. This is the time when every product counts — when focus, discipline, and execution will make the difference between finishing the year well and finishing it strong. We know the environment is challenging: the vaccine market is shifting, and competition remains intense. That's why it's more important than ever that we bring our best to every customer, every order, and every interaction.

At the same time, we're laying important foundations for the future. The Customer Engagement Model launching later this year will simplify how we respond to customers and strengthen accountability. The FutureUp! Culture Journey continues to embed our four cultural pillars into daily work, helping us act as one team and learn every day. And with the Pharma Knowledge Training rolling out, associates across the globe will be better equipped to understand our customers' world and speak their language.

These efforts are not side projects — they are part of how we transform ourselves to lead the market and deliver lasting impact.

Thank you for everything you've done to bring us this far. As we move into FY26 let's build on our achievements and keep working together to become the undisputed market leader—driven by our culture, our customer focus, and our commitment to innovation. The journey continues, and I'm confident that with our teamwork and discipline, we'll reach new heights together.

Warm regards,

Patrick Jeukenne
